“WOW!”
That’s what was constantly on my mind as I sat in my house surrounded by baby shower gifts last night. I figured friends would buy just one or two things each but apparently girls are fun to shop for! Sophia’s already spoiled and she’s not even here yet. I’m blessed to have such amazing people in my life and happy to see them all under the same roof yesterday at the beautiful baby shower.

Samantha, firstly congratulations. I have a 3 year old boy & a 10 month old girl – you will *love* being a Mom. Secondly, I saw a picture of you wearing a fabulous yellow and gray cardigan – can you mail me where you got it??? I have fallen in love with it and sooo want it!

I was so excited to finally get to shop for a baby girl!! I’m glad that you got to enjoy the shower. (I know we did!) I can’t wait to see her in some of those sweet little dresses

Just wanted to say that there are many people who admire your strength and courage. My boyfriend broke up with me when I found out I was having a baby and doing this by myself is the hardest thing i’ve ever had to do but I know it will be completely worth it. You sound like you’ll be a great mum and it’s nice to have another single mother to look up to.
